something I am grateful for today
This is gonna sound like a Xerox-repeat of yesterday's, but maybe if I split enough hairs it won't:
This mornin I drew another character sketch for my new series and it was good. The difference is, yesterday's sketch was of a character I have been working on for days and it took numerous tries before I made one that was good. Today I was tackling a different character for the first time... and this first attempt was good.
That represents a qualitative leap forward in my drawing, and that's what I'm grateful for today.
