something I am grateful for today
The last week or so [including today] has been unseasonably cool -- more like spring than summer.
Now, I don't believe anyone truly enjoys a day that's Too Hot®, but I know there are people who do like hot weather and I used to be one of them. For whatever reason, though, I like it less as I get older, and consequently weather like today suits me Just Fine. If summer was like this all the time, I for one would think that was swell and a half. All the sun worshippers and watersportsers et al would disagree with me, but there it is.
