something I am grateful for today

I am supposed to leave work early today cuz I have an appointment to go the hospital and have a CT scan. As it happens, I'm also feeling unusually rough today [combo of fibromyalgia flare-up and migraine]. So: if I'm gonna be stuck at work feeling this rough, well hey, at least I get to leave early and I don't have to put in the full day.

On days like this, even humble little morsels/scraps of gratitude are welcome...
