Writer's Block: You can't take that away from me!

[Error: unknown template qotd]Easy: phone. I got along fine without one for years longer than everyone else did, and I use it maybe a couple of times a week to call my family. Oh, and I also keep my calendar in there, but I used to keep a hardcopy one on me and could easily do that again for a week.

(For the record, TV would be the second one to go. Again: easy.)

Same answer. In fact, I often go a whole week without using my phone. Last week, I used it once, to order a pizza.

This is one of the side effects of telecommuting. Because you aren't constantly forced to go from point A to point B to point C, you can use a real computer to get things done instead of trying to half-ass it with a smartphone.
