something I am grateful for today

Last night, the buyers of our old house did their Final Walkthrough. I am grateful that it went OK and there are no problems. Honestly, I couldn't think of any reason that there would be any problems, I wasn't really expecting any -- the whole thing was pretty straightforward and simple. Still, when things go smoothly, it's nice, right?
