something I am grateful for today

After a few weeks of feeling mildly disheartened about my work, I finished up a page today and it turned out a bit better than I was afraid it was going to. I'm grateful for feeling a little better about my work.

If it's any consolation, I suspect these flaws you perceive are invisible to the rest of us.

You are very likely correct. But I know there are others besides myself who believe that, if we allow our work to become too slapdash, it deteriorates to the point where the readers see it, too. So you can't let it slide.

You wouldn't be an artist...

...if you didn't doubt yourself sometimes. Alternate bouts of despair and elation are also expected. The latest page I've seen deserves elation for being both well-done and tres cool.
