Yay all done!  [This one was intended primarily as an exercise in brush control -- every line in it was, for a change, made with a brush.]

I enjoy the gentle layers in the concept of this one, but won't describe them -- it's like explaining your own joke before people have a chance to get it on their own...

For me, the great lesson in this piece was seeing how using a brush made it so fast to execute! (example: those jagged skriggles around the edge of the hair took literally three seconds)

learning to ink with a brush a bit better -- I still won't impress or amaze anyone, but I can do things with the brush now that I couldn't a few weeks ago, so the practice is starting to have an effect
