something I am grateful for today

This afternoon I had a nap.

It wasn't to put off doing something else, it wasn't stolen time. Everything I had to do today, was already done. I lay down free and clear and woke up free and clear.

I'm at a time in my life where I have enough space and peace to be able to have a nap if I want one, with a clear conscience. Life hasn't always been this spacious or peaceful: today I really noticed it.
