something I am grateful for today

Recently got a notice from City Hall saying I was behind in my property taxes and I owed them something like forty-eight bux. I didn't see how this could be possible, cuz I always pay my taxes in full and on time. So I called them to ask what's up with this.

They told me it was a mistake and to just ignore it. So that means, here's me not owing money to the govt!
