Been waiting for months for the Secret Agent Corrigan book to come out. Both Amazon and Chapters said it was due to be released on August 10 (that's today!). I've had this day marked on my calendar that whole time.

[NOTE: no, I don't pre-order books... partly cuz I don't want my order tied up in limbo if the book's release date gets pushed back and/or fizzles out completely, too much fuss!]

So today I finally get to place my order for this now-in-stock book. Except: Amazon still says that the book is due to be released today, but also still has it listed as “not released yet” and is still taking “pre-orders” for it. Yesterday Chapters said that the book was still scheduled to be released August 10, but today they say that the book is now “temporarily unavailable for order” -- they aren't even taking pre-orders for it anymore!

WTF??!!??
