something I am grateful for today

The last few days, I've noticed the flowers beginning to spring up [cuz it's spring, hee]. Along with them are also springing up: new PropertyGuys signs on people's front yards, as the housing market begins its annual spring warm-up.

This all reminds me to be so grateful once again that our old house got sold last year and I don't have to worry about this kind of sutff any more! Wot a relief!
