something I am grateful for today

Sharon was in a good mood this mornin. Having a happy wife is a good thing!

The future is NOW!

Today I finally saw one of the new garbage trucks pick up the garbage in front of our house. We had our new regulation bins lined up, and the truck pulls up to them, and this giant robot claw reaches out, picks up a bin, lifts it up, dumps it out into the truck, lowers the bin back down, and then moves on to the next bin.

And so I'm watchin this and I'm thinkin, “Oh yeah -- Jetsons!!”
