something I am grateful for today

Very recently at BGO [my fave disc store!], I finally found one of the very few Rheostatics albums that I didn't already own: Music from the Motion Picture ‘Whale Music’. And they were only asking $8.99 for it, so not too bad.
I took it to the counter, the guy polished the disc up for me [as they always do if they spot anything like dust or whatnot], and then he says, “There are some marks on here that won't come off, so we can't guarantee it will play okay. So you can take it no charge.” ... Um, okay! (See why they're my fave disc store?)
So I got it home, finally got it opened up to play, and only then did I take a closer look at the insert booklet in the case's front cover.
It is autographed by all four band members! I am OD'ing on swellness here!
