something I am grateful for today

johncomicI've been inking my latest page this mornin, and I got careless -- as I lifted the nib out of the bottle, a big blob of ink fell out of it.
I am grateful that the blob landed on the table [where I could clean it up] and not on my page, where the damage would have been far more difficult to put right.
