something I am grateful for today

johncomicI had a massage this morning. Feel a definite improvement.
I've been going for massage since 1991, and up until Dec 2008 [when she left town] I went to the same therapist all that time. It took me this long to work up the nerve to try someone new, so I went 4 months without a treatment -- first time I've ever gone that long without since I started. So boy is it nice to get that taken care of again, finally.
The new RMT seems like a nice lady, we'll see how it goes.
