flattering feedback on my NaNoWriMo novel

so far, I know of two people who have read it -- both of them have not only told me that they enjoyed it, but they both also said that [while they don't usually do this with a book] they read the whole thing in one sitting -- I see that as a good sign

the performances and compositions of Hank Mobley

making new friends, even at my age

gaining a new fan who can see what I'm aiming for

getting the grocery shopping done before the snow hits

the wonderland appearance of fresh snow in the branches of the trees

earlier daylight

successfully tackling numerous errands before the weather grew too inclement, and now snugged up on the couch safely watching the bluster outside

finishing the first draft of my NaNoWriMo novel -- even though I didn't quite hit the target of 50,000 words, the story is done

driving to a soundtrack of Delvon Lamarr
