something I am grateful for today

johncomicOur PC wouldn't restart, it just hung on the very first [white text on black] screen. I was able to figure out the problem and fix it myself, rather than have to [wait until Monday and] take it into the shop.
PS: the problem ended up being something “stupid and obvious” to many of you but it was news to me...
