johncomicMy root canal broke! After less than two weeks!
It happened while I was eating, but I wasn't biting or chewing on that side, I swear. [I was told not to use that tooth to bite yet, cuz the filling in it is temporary and might come out, so I listened to what Dr. Yared told me.]
But now, it isn't the filling that has come out, it's a chunk of the actual tooth surrounding the filling. And of course it happened on Friday nite, meaning I'm stuck all the way till Monday mornin at the earliest before I can get anyone to check it out for me. And this means that, after spending well over a thousand bux on the nice root canal job, I now have to either spend a few thousand more for a crown, or a few hundred more on an extraction and have it all be for naught, depending on how bad the missing chunk is.
This development doesn't please me in the slightest.
