something I am grateful for today

This mornin was my tri-monthly doctor appt wherein I get my diabetes monitored and my prescriptions refilled.

Apparently, since the beginning of December I have lost one pound. Woot.

P.S.: actually, now that I think about it, if I put on any weight at Christmas then this means I managed to shake it all off since then, so I guess that's not so bad.
