does anyone know much about non-Hodgkins lymphoma? [more specifically, is AIDS the most common cause of NHL or are there lots of other factors? does the one necessarily imply the other?]

i'll catch up more generally when i can, but this is something that just came up rather urgently and i need to know...

thanx to all who read/write me...

WebMD is a great reference for most medical questions. Here's a link to a fairly simple explanation on NHL for you:
<a href="http://my.webmd.com/content/article/6/1680_51619.htm?lastselectedguid={5FE84E90-BC77-4056-A91C-9531713CA348}> go here</a>. If the link doesn't work, go to webmd and put non-hodgkins in the search thing. As to HIV and AIDS and Lymphoma, one does not imply the other. AIDS allows some cancers, like lymphoma and kaposi's sarcoma, to grow unchecked. So a diagnosis of lymphoma does not mean a diagnosis of AIDS.

I have no idea - but I'm rather concerned that you have an urgent need to ask...
