something I am grateful for today

After my sixth consecutive pair of dollar-store headphones died, I finally splurged and got some new headphones for my MP3 player that aren't from a dollar store and consequently cost more than a dollar. [Not a lot more, but still...]

Anyhoo, these new greater-than-a-dollar thingies sound great and feel good too, so I'm really happy with them. As long as no wires break within the next month, then I'm coming out ahead.
