something I am grateful for today

This mornin there was a truck in front of me, and one of its bumper stickers said “Have a Nice Day”. So I said “All right then, I will!” I've decided I will have a nice day today. So far so good.

This mornin's shelves at Chapters greeted me with the simultaneous release of two #5s: 20th Century Boys and Vagabond! October has been a fine manga month around here...

Thirty-one years ago today, Sharon and I went on our first real date - it was a Halloween dance. At the time, I doubt that either of us suspected that we would end up here now.
