something I am grateful for today

A snow day -- with pay and with power!  (Wouldn't be nearly so great if either of those were missing, I'd say...)   

We never got any snow days last winter, and I'm not sure about the year before.  Anyway, a sudden long weekend is not to be sneezed at!
