something I am grateful for today

johncomicI was digging thru my “briefcase” this morning and ran across a little notebook tucked in a bottom corner. I'd forgotten all about that notebook and didn't remember what was in it.
It contains sketches and scripts for a comic strip I was working on back in '07. I didn't remember any of the strip scripts.
Some of them made me laugh.
It's not so horribly long ago that I wrote these things, and I think they're pretty good. They made me feel like maybe I haven't lost it all yonks ago, that maybe I could still make this happen.
