something I am grateful for today

johncomicOkay, so elevated moods don't last forever... but I learned something new/good this mornin anyway:
I am notoriously sensitive to some people's moods -- inasmuch as when some people are in a crappy mood, that puts me in a crappy mood, and my crappy mood can then end up lasting even longer than theirs. Today I noticed that, maybe I'm not so much of a guru that I am immune from this happening to me anymore (even though I know it “shouldn't” happen to me)... but the crappy mood that I osmoted from someone else no longer lasts so long, it passes away faster than it used to.
That is spiritual progress of a modest sort, and I'm grateful for that much.
