something I am grateful for today

Been down sick the last little while and my cartooning has come to a halt during that time... I can see my drawing board over there looking at me, waiting.

And that's what I'm thankful for: that it waits. My art is patient -- whenever I come back to it, it welcomes me with open arms, no questions asked, and we get back to it. My muse is accepting and understanding (although she sometimes charges a small penance in rustiness) and I am very grateful for that.
