This evenin, someone is coming back to have a second look at our house, and this time they're bringing their parents. This is a good sign, means they're serious.
Um, okay, so they just called to cancel. Or more correctly, to reschedule -- new date and time TBA. (I'm guessing someone suddenly came down ill, same as at my place.) So it won't happen this evenin. Even so, when it does happen, it'll still be a second viewing and so still be a good sign.
