Something I'm grateful for: still being able to get by with four hours sleep when I need to. Just can't do it as often. Nor do I want to.

Last night was, as near as I can gather, a sudden quasi-migraine -- one which attacks the body generally and the tummy in particular but doesn't hit the head very hard (thank God). A good sleep is the best way to tackle those guys, at least for me.
