Emissions test? We don't need no stinkin' emissions test here in Manitoba! Heck, we don't even get cars inspected unless we sell them!
This is why I don't care that my CHECK ENGINE SOON light keeps going on and off... and that the car is 13 years old and I don't want to invest any more money in it...
