something I am grateful for today

johncomicStaying on track with my exercise schedule. My regimen is modest to the point of being laughable, I admit... yet I have now put in the effort every scheduled day for a longer uninterrupted stretch than I have ever done in my life. Hoping to actually build it into a habit!
